    Wrong item was sent

    Overall service was fine. I ordered a tub of sweets to deliver to a friend, it was only when my friend sent me a photo of the sweets did i see it was not what i had ordered. I emailed and sent message on Facebook, didnt get a reply by email but did on Facebook and i explained and they said if they don't have the item in stock then they send something else. Now thats fine but i didnt receive any message to say this would happen, or give me the option to choose something else. They did offer to send a pre paid returns which was nice but friend had already started eating the sweets that had been sent lol. Overall not bad, just some communication on order changes would of been appreciated
