  Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for Pick n Mix sweets.

  Sealed Products

  Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for other sealed and unopened items.

  How to Initiate a Return

  Please email nick@sweetieshoppie.co.uk with the reason for return. If your item is damaged, include clear photos.

  Buyer Responsibility

  Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer for items that are unwanted or no longer required. Please note that a restocking fee may also apply in some cases.

  In-Store Returns

  Returns made in-store are free of charge.

  Track Your Order

  Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details. Most orders are shipped via Evri.
