Delivery / Shipping Charges:

At The Sweetie Shoppie, we are committed to offering competitive tracked postage rates. Below are our current delivery options:

FREE Click & Collect:

You can pick up your order from The Sweetie Shoppie Ltd, located in Thurrock, Essex, RM18 8RH. Collections are available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection. Please note: If goods are not collected within 14 days, we reserve the right to dispose of them without issuing a refund or compensation. If you need more time, please inform us, and we will gladly accommodate your request.

£4.95 Standard UK Delivery:

Available throughout Mainland UK, this option typically delivers within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch on a tracked service. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not included in the delivery time.

£8.95 Express Delivery:

For faster delivery, this option ensures arrival within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch anywhere in Mainland UK. This service is tracked and available for orders placed before 10 am, Monday to Friday. Weekends and bank holidays are not included in the delivery time.

At The Sweetie Shoppie, we understand the importance of timely delivery. Therefore, we exclusively use the Evri Fully Tracked delivery service, providing real-time tracking updates and the flexibility to manage delivery preferences. For an enhanced experience, we recommend downloading the Evri App, which offers full visibility and control over your parcel’s journey.

If you need a shipping update, have not received a confirmation email, or need to provide your email address during checkout, please contact us.

Events Beyond Our Control:

Once your parcels leave our facility, we no longer have direct control over any potential delays. However, we are happy to liaise with the courier on your behalf for status updates. Please understand that events outside our control, such as extreme weather conditions, may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative delivery time. Our liability in such events is limited to the price of the goods ordered and the cost of delivery. We recommend placing your order a few weeks before any important events to account for unforeseen delays and to give us time to resolve any issues.

Delayed / Lost Shipments:

If your shipment is delayed, please report it to us, and we will communicate with the courier for a status update. Typically, we receive a response within 48 hours. Based on the courier’s update, we will provide a replacement order or a refund at our discretion. Delayed parcels can sometimes take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. If your parcel is still undelivered after 30 days, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

If you urgently need replacement items, you may place a replacement order on our website. Notify us before placing the replacement order, and we will refund the express service costs. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier locates the parcel, it is returned to us, or if it is declared lost or damaged by the courier.

Incorrect Delivery Address:

If you discover an error or omission in your delivery address, please contact us at 01375 488 039 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We will correct any mistakes promptly. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery details. In such cases, the parcel typically cannot be delivered and will be returned to us. Upon its return, we will promptly get in touch with you to arrange the re-dispatch of your order. Re-sending your order will incur an additional postage fee.

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address, as The Sweetie Shoppie Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided by you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
